1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 09 bit platform and all related services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms. All gaming and betting services on 09 bit are for adults only — the minimum age to use this service is 21.

3 Eligibility to Use the Service

Account verification must be complete before making a withdrawal request. If an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, that amount will be deducted from the withdrawable balance.

4.3 Payment Method Verification

Withdrawals will be sent to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

09 bit regularly offers various bonus promotions for members. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or placing artificial bets to meet bonus requirements — is a breach of these Terms. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on 09 bit operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of results. Each game outcome is independent and does not depend on previous results.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. 09 bit reserves the right to change these limits when necessary.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a server disconnection or technical error during a gaming session, any incomplete round will generally be settled according to system records. In the case of a Manifest Error, 09 bit's management reserves the right to void or correct the result.

7 Prohibited Activities
